Classic consulting ends with a presentation and a list of recommendations. Forward deployment engineering is the opposite: a senior engineer works directly with you — in your environment, with your data and your people — and the result is a deployed solution, not a document.
This model has proven itself for rolling out AI and systems where the requirements are unclear at the start and the fastest path to results leads through short iterations with real users. We bring it to small and mid-sized businesses.
We typically work in weekly cycles: every week you see a deployed change, not a progress report. The scope adapts to you — from a few weeks to a long-term engagement.

Members app for AMRAP Gym
This is how we built the members application app.amrapgym.cz for AMRAP Gym in Mladá Boleslav. The requirements took shape along the way — we refined features directly with the owner and the gym's members while deploying to production continuously.
In roughly two months this produced a system with class reservations, memberships, personal records and leaderboards that now runs on AWS and serves 70+ members.
