Our engineer becomes part of your team and delivers on-site. No slide decks and handover documents — working software in production.
Classic consulting ends with a presentation and a list of recommendations. Forward deployment engineering is the opposite: a senior engineer works directly with you — in your environment, with your data and your people — and the result is a deployed solution, not a document.
This model has proven itself for rolling out AI and systems where the requirements are unclear at the start and the fastest path to results leads through short iterations with real users. We bring it to small and mid-sized businesses.
We typically work in weekly cycles: every week you see a deployed change, not a progress report. The scope adapts to you — from a few weeks to a long-term engagement.
We refine the scope directly with the people who will use the system — not through intermediaries and specifications.
You get the first working version in your hands within days, not months. Decisions are made over real software.
A weekly cycle of feedback → adjustment → deployment. We correct course continuously until the solution fits.
Code, documentation and training for your team. No vendor lock-in — you can run and evolve the system after we leave.
No lengthy analysis phase. We start delivering in the first week.
We get to know your processes, data and people. Together we pick the first coherent slice that delivers immediate value.
Within two to three weeks your people have the first working version in their hands — in a real environment, on real data.
Weekly cycles: we collect feedback, adjust and deploy. Priorities are driven by what actually helps your users.
We train your team and hand over the documentation. On request we take care of further development or operations.
This is how we built the members application app.amrapgym.cz for AMRAP Gym in Mladá Boleslav. The requirements took shape along the way — we refined features directly with the owner and the gym's members while deploying to production continuously.
In roughly two months this produced a system with class reservations, memberships, personal records and leaderboards that now runs on AWS and serves 70+ members.
An overview of a typical engagement — from the kickoff week to handing over the finished solution.
