## Scaling a SaaS startup from seed to Series A

A Prague-based SaaS startup secured seed funding but lacked a technical co-founder. We stepped in
as fractional CTO: defined the initial architecture, hired the first 5 engineers, set engineering
standards, and represented technology at investor meetings.
